I Was Fatter Than I Thought (And Still Am)

Ok,

So I have been pretty low-key lately. I sold my company six months ago and have spent the last little while reflecting, strategizing, enjoying my family and………redefining my girlish figure. I picked up the book The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss about three months ago. I really liked his no BS ideas for losing weight, gaining muscle, etc. He litereally hacks the human body to find the easiest ways to achieve your goals.

The book came to me at the same time I was introduced to a new nutritional supplement I was asked to market. It’s a very high level anti-oxidant product that no one has really heard of.

Sooooooo I decided to combine the workouts with the juice and see what kind of results I could get in 30 days. The workout was 30 minutes per day twice per week. That adds up to be exactly four hours, just like the book says. I also followed his suggested protein intake which was quite high (200 grams per day for my body) and had one cheat day per week.

All in all, the workouts were pretty fun, the supplement was tasty and gave me AMAZING energy, and I adapted easily to the eating.

Before you judge my pictures below and tell me how fat I was know this: I have three black belts and I can find you :)

Starting weight: 180.5 End 182.8

Starting Bodyfat 13.5% End 11.2%

Approximate fat loss: 4lbs

Approximate muscle gain: 7lbs

All on just four hours of working out for the entire month!

I am pretty stoked with the results so far. My goal is to be 185 by Sept.15th and 10% bodyfat. I dig the book and suggest you buy it. For more information on the exciting new product I was taking…..stay tuned. I will have more on that next week.

PS I also added my friend Alex’s pictures. He worked out with me for proof, and as you can see, he did very well. He is also Phillipino and naturally walks around at 12% bodyfat so he had a head start and ended up at 10% bodyfat (so screw him.)

PPS Yeah I wear tight underwear. I am comfortable with it.

How many abs does this idiot have?

Very interesting Aaron, I have been searching for a less time consuming health/fitness regime because lets face it with 2 kids, you really don’t have much time to spare – 30 mins twice a week – I think I could manage that. Might have to get me a copy of “The 4-hour body”

    **No comment on your underwear**

It’s a great book. Elle. How can you have no comment on the underwear?

    Hi Aaron.
Well done. YOu both look great.
My swimming work out is about 50 minutes three times per week but I need to do wts for shoulder strength and leg strength to get my butterfly faster and further. Am doing 25 yards in 23 seconds and want to do it in 20 seconds.
    Well done, Mate.
    Regards to Liz and Alex.
    Peter

Hi Aaron, I’m new here. I’ll comment on the underwear. GEEZ Aaron! LOL. I’m quite impressed with the results though. Will the routine work for Ladies who want to slim down but don’t want all the muscle??

  6. Gregg Davison Says:

Scary. We work out twice a week for 30 minutes and wear EXACTLY the same underwear!

Congrats on your results bro – and tell Pamaran that I hate him for being such a genetic freak :)

WHAT did you sell CCPro? I stopped using it around 6-8 months ago… I have been more involved with marketing a 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge created by Visalus Sciences. I think you should check it out Aaron, I honestly don’t think your overweight (protecting myself from black belt furry) but I also cant tell how tall you are in your picture…

Anyways if you do this challenge you can trim down, shape up, or completely transform your body over the next 90 days! Win over $10,000,000 of prizes that are awarded each year and learn how you can earn additional cash, vacations, and even a new BMW for helping promote the Challenge!

I also just recently heard that the 90 day challenge is also said to be the #1 home based business in the US. Apparently some direct selling agency has the stats on that but I didn’t care to look into it since I can believe its true. Last month 48,515 people joined the challenge, 363 qualified for BMW, 15 hit Ambassador (25k bonus), 1 person hit 5 star Ambassador (250k bonus), and 1 person hit Royal Ambassador (500k bonus).

I’m beyond excited to be a part of this and would love to have someone of your status to partner up and promote the challenge with :)
